Hotel Corporate Rate Program

The Program - You are eligible to receive attractive discounted rates on car rentals from HERTZ, AVIS, NATIONAL and ALAMO car rental companies.  Your Association endorses four car rental discount plans, all designed to save you money.  Before reserving your car, compare each companies' rates to receive the best price for your particular needs.

 ALAMO

Members are eligible to receive a special $15 discount off membership based rates for all car classes (economy $35, compact $37, mid-size $39,  standard $42, premium $45, luxury $48) or one free upgrade.  All rates include unlimited mileage.   24 hour advance reservation is required.  Should members decline the collision damage  waiver, they will be liable for $3000 maximum personal responsibility.

HERTZ

Members are eligible to receive the following special "flat rate" discounts on all car classes.

n 10% off U.S. Standard Daily Rates

n 10% off U.S. Standard Weekly Rate

n 10% off U.S. Standard Weekend Rates

n 5% off U.S. Leisure Daily, Weekly and Weekend Rates (on compact car class and above)

n 5-10% off International Rates

Discounts are available at all participating locations.

Hertz is pleased to offer members a discount off the new "leisure" rates.  These lower rates included free unlimited mileage and require an advance reservation.

AVIS

Members are eligible to receive special discounted rates on various car models.  Save an extra $10 off weekly rates.  Normal time and mileage rates will apply at those locations that do not offer these rates.  Discounts outside the continental U.S. and at international locations will vary.

NATIONAL

Members are eligible to receive the following special discount rates:  25% discount off National's business rates for all car classes and 5% discount off any promotional rates  (advertised and those offered at local counters). Rates include free unlimited mileage.

Please Note

n These discounts do not apply to truck, trailer and mobile home rentals.
  (Ask about separate truck rental discounts.)

n Members  under age 25 will not be allowed to a rent a car if  the agency's policy prohibits such rentals.
